Privacy Policy

Who we are

This website, outbridge.app (including the documentation portal at outbridge.app/docs/), is operated by Outbridge Apps d.o.o. (full registered name: OUTBRIDGE APPS d.o.o. za informacijske tehnologije), Trg Ante Starčevića 7, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, registered with the Commercial Court in Zagreb under MBS 081729540, OIB 82431872382 (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

For anything related to your personal data, write to info@outbridge.app.

What this policy covers

This policy covers your visit to this website and the ways you can contact us from it. It does not cover the Outbridge product itself: Outbridge runs inside our customers’ own Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure environments, and any data processed there is governed by the customer’s agreement with us, not by this policy.

What we collect, and why

Technical and security logs. Like every website, our hosting infrastructure records technical data about requests — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps. We use it to operate the site, keep it secure and diagnose problems. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytics — only with your consent. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. Until you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner, Google Analytics runs in cookieless mode and no analytics cookies are set; if you accept, Google sets the _ga cookies described below. We see aggregated statistics, not your identity. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie settings.

Correspondence. If you email us at info@outbridge.app, we process your email address, name and whatever you write to us in order to reply and to follow up on your inquiry. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to messages sent to us, and, where your inquiry is about our product, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Booking a call. The “book a review” buttons on this site link to our scheduling page on Cal.com, an external service. If you book, Cal.com collects your name, email address and the details you enter, under its own privacy policy, and we receive your booking. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.

We do not run user accounts, newsletters or payments on this website, we do not use advertising cookies, and we never sell personal data.

Cookies

  • cookieyes-consent — stores your cookie choices; set by the consent banner (first-party); kept for 1 year.
  • __cf_bm — security and bot protection; set by Cloudflare, the content delivery network in front of the site; kept for about 30 minutes.
  • _ga, _ga_* — analytics, set by Google Analytics only after you accept; kept for up to 2 years.

You can change or withdraw your cookie choices at any time via the cookie icon on this site.

Who processes data for us

We use a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf: GoDaddy (website hosting), Cloudflare (content delivery and security in front of the site), Google (Google Analytics, consent-gated), and Microsoft (Microsoft 365, our business e-mail). Cal.com, Inc. provides scheduling when you choose to book a call. We do not share personal data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

International transfers

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where personal data leaves the EEA, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision (including the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified) or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep data

Technical logs are kept for the short periods set by our hosting providers. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form per Google Analytics retention settings. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any business relationship that follows, and afterwards only as long as statutory retention duties require.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting past processing. Write to info@outbridge.app — we answer within the deadlines the GDPR sets.

You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In Croatia this is the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr — or the authority in your own EU member state.

No profiling

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Children

This website is addressed to businesses and is not directed at children.

Changes

When we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with a new effective date.
