Two editions, priced by size. No surprise metering.
Outbridge is an embedded integration layer for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (also known as Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management). Choose an edition (file-based, or file plus API and web), then a size band by legal-entity count. Per tenant, billed annually; your quote comes out of a free 30-minute review.
Editions
Two editions. The line between them is API.
The File edition covers file-based integration. The File + API/Web edition adds API-driven integration and the Web Relay. Pick the one that matches your workloads; each comes in the three size bands below, and your quote names one number for the band.

Same envelopes in both editions
Size sets your included envelopes and support level. Both editions get the embedded model inside D365, run history and execution log, error quarantine and reprocessing, the configuration UI, and Microsoft service-update validation.

Connections and data ports are generous included envelopes. They are never metered and never charged per transaction, message, or API call. Web Relay routes are unlimited in the File + API/Web edition, with no per-route charge. Log retention is configurable and stored in your own D365. Extra legal entities (up to two beyond your band) and extra data ports are available as annual add-ons, quoted per unit; a quote prices the cheaper of the next band or your band plus add-ons. Support terms are defined per contract.

Term and discounts
How terms apply
Longer commitments cost less
- Multi-year subscriptions qualify for a discount; the exact terms come with your quote
Expansion add-ons (beyond your band)
- Extra legal entities (up to two beyond a band) and extra data ports, quoted per unit per year
- Billed pro-rata mid-term; at renewal the subscription re-fits into the cheapest configuration — band or band plus add-ons
What is not included
- Implementation services and integration build (separate SOW)
- Microsoft licensing (D365 F&O subscription, Azure resources)
- Custom processor development
Education, non-profit, and government pricing on request. Escalator: the greater of CPI or 4%, locked during the term.
How to start
The 30-minute Architecture Review
Before any pricing conversation, we offer a free 30-minute integration architecture review. Bring your top 5 integrations; we will classify them by trigger, payload shape, ownership, and latency, and tell you which belong in Outbridge, which belong in iPaaS, and which belong in native D365 patterns.
After the review you will have a recommendation, an edition and size fit, and a quote. Or an honest "Outbridge is not the right tool for this."
Want proof on your own estate first? A hands-on PoC (time and materials, capped, quoted up front) takes 4–6 weeks and builds one integration end-to-end in sandbox against binary acceptance criteria. The PoC fee is credited 100% against the Year-1 subscription if you proceed.
Buying through your Microsoft implementation partner? Deals close via a Microsoft Partner Center private offer or direct invoice; your list price is the same either way.
